  Therapeutic Foster Parent:  Work in your own home as you provide therapeutic foster parent services to one or two children. Home licensure guidance and complete training are provided. Foster parents are supported by the extensive child and mental health care resources of Oesterlen. Full Time Residential Youth Leaders: Seeking full-time Youth Leaders for duty in a residential treatment cottage serving severely emotionally disturbed youth, ages 12-18. Duties include crisis intervention, physical management of residents, and implementing decisions and goals for treatment made by a multi-disciplinary treatment team. College work required; Childcare or youth leader experience preferred. Non-smoking facility.
