Therapeutic Foster Parent
Work in your own home as you provide therapeutic foster parent services to one or two children. Home licensure guidance and complete training are provided. Foster parents are supported by the extensive child and family mental health care resources of Oesterlen.

Treatment Foster Care – Assistant Coordinator
Full Time – Responsible for Case Management, Recruitment, Training, and Licensing. Offices in Xenia and Springfield. Previous experience preferred. Knowledge of Greene County social service community strongly preferred. LSW required. Competitive salary and benefits. Great work environment. Mental Health Therapist
Full-time position. Responsibilities include individual, group and family therapy with children, adolescents and their families, including work with juvenile sex offender population. Master's degree in social work or related field stongly preferred. Must be licensed. Supportive work environment, competitive salary, and excellent fringe benefits. Maintenance Supervisor
The position supervises all activities involving buildings, grounds and equipment including general maintenance, repair, and preservation. Supervises all personnel assigned to the maintenance department. Coodinates with the Director of Operations in working with outside contractors. Must have good working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry. Should have basic computer skills including Word and Excel. Must have 4 years experience in general maintenance, a valid drivers license, and be able to pass a physical qualifications test. Background check and drug testing are required.
